The project was carried out with the partnership of Sakarya Alemdar Sandblasting and Painting.
SA 2.5 standard sandblasting application was carried out for the 250-ton additional building of Togg Gemlik Factory.
A total of 260 micron painting process was carried out with 80 micron primer, 80 micron intermediate coat and 80-100 final coat application.
Hempel brand paint was used.

Project Implementation Details
With the Alemdar Sandblasting Painting contractor, 80 micron primer was applied to the 300 tons of steel parts of the factory and painted with 80 micron gray paint. In this project, which lasted approximately one year, we carried out technical studies on occupational safety and field work expansion in integration with Abdiibrahim.
