Under the contract of KAR Group, we sandblasted 30 refinery tanks in Iraq, Erbil, to SA 2.5 norm. We applied 80 micron primer and 80 micron intermediate coat.
Paint thickness is quite important in hot climates.
Epoxy primer and acrylic paint type are quite resistant to UV rays.
We applied 100 micron white acrylic paint as the final coat.
