Epoxy floor coating process; It is a permanent and antibacterial cleaning solution for environments such as dirty appearance, work damages, damp places, areas where there is community activity, etc.
In the project discovery phase, the thickness, color, pattern, breakage – correction stages required by the floor are examined. If there is any previous work done on the floor, it is detected and corrected and the floor is prepared for the new processes to be carried out. After the cleaning phase is completed, a primer process is carried out to provide strength before epoxy.
In this process, the customer’s requests are followed. Before these processes, thickness, brightness, color, pattern and areas to be applied are determined under mutually determined conditions. In all these processes to be carried out, the customer is informed of the technical details for the process step by step.
It completely covers every particle of the floor and does not leave room for bacteria such as moisture that may occur under the floor. This application is generally preferred in areas such as R&D centers, hospitals, dining halls, parking lots, laboratories, warehouses, showrooms and shopping malls. It is not easily damaged by these equipment and vehicles in any area where work/load carrying vehicles and machines are used. It leaves a beautiful appearance in showrooms or business centers that require decoration.
There are separate method/methods used for all these areas. Epoxy application is an optional application that can be applied in the desired color and pattern. The floor thickness can be increased according to the desired durability norms.
It makes the applied areas less slippery, less fragile and odorless.
It leaves a more easily cleanable surface, does not hold dirt, oil and rust.
It requires less repair, its surface is durable. It is not easily damaged by these equipment and vehicles in any area where work/load carrying vehicles and machines are used.
Its cleaning is similar to that of normal surfaces. It has antibacterial properties. Visibly dirty surfaces are cleaned much more easily and comfortably than other floor surfaces. Although it is resistant to high doses of hot steam and corrosive chemical cleaning products, this type of cleaning application is not recommended and is not required. Ideal cleaning is recommended.
